6- As a result of his application, the Applicant states that Edis has the discretion to promote/market EdisBox to the management of the building and/or site where the Applicant lives, and that Edis has certain authority to inform the management of the building and/or site where the Applicant lives during the promotion/marketing of EdisBox. accepts and declares that conditions may be put forward, Edis may not promote/market at its sole commercial discretion, in which case the application will be inconclusive and Edis therefore has no obligation other than the destruction of the information entered by the applicant in the application form.
