As EDIS, we would like you to know that we reserve the right to unilaterally update/change this Privacy Policy in case service/business requirements and legal requirements arise or in line with our initiative, and that it is your responsibility to follow the current version of the Privacy Policy via the “Privacy Policy” tab on the main screen of the website or in the EDIS mobile app (apple app store, google play store) When you apply for EdisBox via the website or register in the mobile app you are deemed to have approved this privacy policy. PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED AND PROCESSED​

1. As EDIS, we request your Name, Email, Phone Number, and if you are an employee of a company optionally “Company Name” in both the website and mobile app. Additionally Precise Location is collected only on mobile app to be able to calculate how far is the upcoming natural disaster is near you and alert you accordingly. if you apply for EdisBox for building on the website we ask for the address and the name of the building and site where you reside.
2. Data is encrypted in transit, stored in a secure database, and deleted when you initiate one of the deletion processes as written in “STORAGE AND SECURITY OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA​” below.
3. In addition to the personal data listed, only on the website we also collect your data regarding your likes, interests, preferences, and usage habits as a result of analysis to facilitate your experience of using the website and to provide more effective service.

TRANSFER OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA TO THIRD PARTIES​

1. As EDIS, we do not share EDIS mobile app user's any information with third parties. But for EdisBox customers who applied via website, we may share personal data with the relevant building and/or site management to convey your request/application for the installation of the product named EdisBox in the building and/or site where you live.
2. We accept and undertake that the sharing of personal data with the buildings and/or sites in question will be shared within the purposes and rules specified in this Privacy Policy, the Application Form Information and Approval Protocol, the Clarification Text on the Protection of Personal Data and the Cookie Policy and per the Law.

STORAGE AND SECURITY OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA​

1. Your data is stored until:
   1. Your request for deletion via the email [email protected]
   2. Deleting your account from your account details screen
   3. Misusing or harming the platform or the services we provide and resulting in your account being deleted
